We are giving away $300 worth of Amazon Gift Cards!!!

We decided that another giveaway was in order! But this time we thought we should make it a bit more interesting… Below you will see our contest app (or click here) with a large list of different ways you may create an entry (up to 30 entries!). We will be giving away a $100 and (2)$50 Amazon Giftcards to 3 lucky entries (winners selected randomly). We will also be giving away a second chance $100 Amazon giftcard to one selected blog post entries chosen by the public. (SEE BELOW for more details)

Second Chance $100 Amazon Giftcard Contest

Marketpad staff will select the three best “Marketpad Review Blog Posts” created by contestants and publish them here on our blog. We will then allow the public to vote for the one they think is the best. Voting will be open from Monday 3/18/13 to Thursday 3/21/13 hours and votes will be tallied and winner announced on Friday at 10am (PST). To vote, you must publish a comment to the blog post with your top choice. Only one vote per person. Only “real” people will be granted a vote (no fake comments – discretion will be Marketpad’s).

Our criteria for picking the “best” three will involve: 1) Creativity 2) Detail and 3)Thoughtfulness.

A good review blog post can contain some of the following:

  • What do you like about Marketpad?
  • What features are your favorite?
  • How does Marketpad differ from Craigslist?
  • What are some creative ways you could use Marketpad?
  • What you think Marketpad can do to be even better?

Not expecting a large amount of these review posts, so chances of winning this $100 Amazon Gift Card should be very reasonable! Blog posts need to be published on your personal or company blog. WordPress, Blogger, Tumblr accounts are also accepted. Your post MUST INCLUDE link to Marketpad.com. Please contact us with any further questions.

  • Blog Post: Create a “review post” on your blog about Marketpad’s free classified ad services. Must include link to Marketpad.com and contain at least 5-6 sentences. (Value: 10 entries)

    Did the site staff actually read the “Entries” The entry by Kenny F. Shouldn’t be counted as an entry it is a whole two sentences that doesn’t describe the website or provide you with information about it. If I were interested in visiting the site & only have that ‘Review’ to go off of I wouldn’t be interested in looking at the site.

      I followed the rules. There is no reason for me to be disqualified. I agree the other review is more in depth but that doesn’t mean my entry shouldn’t count.

      Thanks for the feedback Skorch. We did take that into consideration. I think I over-estimated how many people would participate in writing a review entry.
